Agreement of the Parties

1. Scope of our Service

1.1. These general Agreement of the parties is valid if individual makes reservation at Room-burg Apartments using online booking form on our website www.room-burg.com.

2. Reservation and Cancellation

2.1. To make reservation an individual should complete online booking form on our website. An individual remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the personal data given in a form.

2.2. A reservation confirmation will be sent to email address given in a booking form immediately after reservation is done. It is advisable to print and save it before check-in.

2.3. After reservation is done changes can be made upon request.

2.4.  Reservation is refundable in case cancellation is made up to 72 hours before check-in or consummation date.

2.5. If reservation is cancelled before above mentioned time, money will be refunded on credit/debit card or bank account in a period from 3 to 30 days from the moment of reservation.

2.6.  In case of a no-show if the payment was made already applicable fees and taxes may be charged in the amount of price of reserved apartment for a night.

3. Apartments Prices

 3.1. Apartments reservation is made accordingprices actual on consummation date.

3.2. All prices are for one unit per chosen period of stay including services listed in apartment description which are free of charge.  

 3.3 All prices in online booking form are in roubles.

4. Privacy Statement 

4.1. Personal data received  from an individual is given to accommodation in the amount required for apartment (services) reservation. All personal data received  from an individual can be shared with third parties. Third parties can get in touch with an individual by email to get a review for reserved accommodation services for instance. Upon the first letter receiving an individual is able to unsubscribe from mailing list.

 4.2. By accepting this Agreement of the parties an individual agrees to gathering, systemization, accumulation, keeping, improvement (updating or changing), using, sharing with an accommodation and third parties mentioned in clause «а» of paragraph 8, anonymization and destruction of personal data such as surname, name, patronymic, email address, phone number, citizenship. Such informationis necessary for providing an individual with required services or feedback receiving. Personal data is recorded in voucher, reporting and accounting documents. Email address is necessary for getting reviews for reserved accommodation services.

By this Agreement an individual gives consent to any personal data processing in accordance with Russian Federation law including making online reservation, drawing up reporting and accounting documents, getting reviews for reserved accommodation services.

 In case of receiving any promo and marketing materials an individual is able to unsubscribe from it.

5. Responsibility

5.1.When you make reservation using booking form you accept this Agreement.

5.2. By “an individual” we mean any person or entity able to receive and pay for required services in a manner and in terms set by this Agreement in the territory of the Russian Federation.

5.3. Room-burg Apartments retains the right to make changes in this Agreement.

5.4. This Agreement should be considered as it is available on a website and should be applied and construed in accordance with Russian Federation law.
