Our Apartments are perfect for having a birthday party, a hen or a bachelor party or just meeting friends. Remarkable interior decoration, Hi-Fi set, a widescreen TV, a kitchen equipped with all the things needed and many more small details create atmosphere of festivity.

We kindly ask you to take into account our rules to make your and other guests’ stay in Room-burg Apartments comfortable:

✥ Extra charges for holding events is 50% of the cost of staying. By “event” we mean any activity involving more guests than is supposed. It means more than 5 persons altogether.

✥ Apartments for whatever purpose can be used on the basis of a daily rent agreement. Usual check-in time is 15.00, check-out at 12.00. After making reservation on our website or other web platform both parties make an agreement through a public offer and a daily rent agreement after check-in.

✥ The size of our Apartments is about 45 m². It is enough for up to 12 guests. If you are planning to invite more people it will be reasonable to find more spacious accommodation.

✥ Each unit accommodates certain amount of guests. At night time there should be no more guests than is supposed. It means more than 5 persons altogether.

✥ Listening of loud music and hanging out are allowed only till 23.00. If you want your party to go on it will be reasonable to go to the nearest pub. Please don’t forget that other guests of Room-burg Apartments want to have a good night's sleep.

We are happy to provide you with an especially designed interior where you can take commercial photo- or video-session under the following conditions:

✥ Extra Charge for commercial shoots is 50% of the daily rent. You are allowed to hold session from 14.00 to 22.00 and from 9.00 to 12.00 the next day. At night time there should be no more than 5 persons in an apartment.

 ✥ You can also rent our apartments for a part-time - from 14.00 to 20.00- without Extra Charge.

 ✥ Using the Room-burg logo in your photos or videos allows you to get 10% reduction for daily cost of an apartment. This condition will be set down in an agreement.

 ✥ Apartments for whatever purpose can be used on the basis of a daily rent agreement. Usual check-in time is 15,00., check-out 12.00 the next day. After making reservation on our website or other web platform both parties make an agreement through a public offer and a daily rent agreement after check-in.

 ✥ Number of photo or video session participants should be no more than 10 persons.

 ✥ The electric capacity of each apartment is 5,5 kW. It’s not possible to install additional generator.

 ✥ You can move or carry out furniture to the common area only if it is agreed with a manager while making reservation. If you want to bring any additional requisite or equipment we also kindly ask you to inform us about it.

 ✥ For the period of rent a security deposit (by cash or by card) is required in order to ensure the security of our property and as one of accommodation rules. The amount of security deposit is RUB 5000. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out.

We are always happy to become a part of you wedding preparations and can offer you special terms of apartments reservation:

 ✥ No extra charges - only daily rent. Though there should be no more guests than is supposed -not more that 5 persons in an apartment plus photographer

 ✥ Usual check-in time is 15.00, check-out 14.00

 Private photo sessions are not treated as commercial ones and can be taken without Extra Charge. Though there should be no more guests than it`s supposed. It means not more that 5 persons in an apartment.
