Nice studio in industrial style in the center of SPB. Very clean and comfortable. 5 mins walk to Nevsky prospect and 3 metro stations. We used public transport to get around, usually bus/trolley on Nevsky to get north side. There is a small healthy meals grocery store on the first floor of the building and bakery around the corner with delicious pastry. The stuff was nice and very helpful.
It may be a problem for someone to get a luggage to 3rd floor, there was no elevator in the building. I wish the staircase area was cleaner. You have to learn how to use shower water to make it optimal temperature, it was either hot or cold to me.

This is a brilliant apartment and I recommend it highly. The interior is lovely and everything is to a very high spec. The location is very good, very close to the metro and with shops and places to eat etc nearby. The host was excellent and very responsive. Full marks!

We very much enjoyed our time in Roomburg to discover St Petersburg for long weekend. Central location, very clean, nicely decorated with supermarkets, restaurants and transport, nevsky prospekt around corner. Kind service and hospitality of owner was a big plus!
What a wonderful apartment. Luibov is an amazing host. We arrived in Saint Petersburg at 6 am and Luibov said we can check in at 9 am. This made our day as we had to rest before going to the World Cup. We met Luibov at check in and she gave lots of useful information. She was super quick to answer all the questions we had even where to watch soccer games, where to buy jerseys, etc,... Apartment was beautiful, super clean, well designed, and had very nice linens, extra cushions, etc,... it was 5 minutes walk to Nevsky Prospekt which is the center. It had double pane windows so inside of the apartment was very quiet. It was also very safe. Kitchen equipment was also plenty. We had a great time. Highly recommended.
This place is the best apartment I’ve stayed in around the world. I travelled with 2 friend and loved it. It’s a stylish apartment with amazing decor. I would recommend it to anyone. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with!
